The Pulse features soul, Motown Philly, stax and the best complimentary hits of all time! Weekday mornings 10.00 to 12.00. Sunday lunchtime brings a variety of hits across the years in an extravaganza of Family Favourites. The best tradition of Sunday afternoon radio from midday for two hours. The Love ❤ Zone with Alister brings you the very best of the genre including up beat as well as traditional ballads. Sunday 21.00. Life Off is a cavalcade of classic hits from the 50s to today all crammed into an hour with the odd bit of trivia to add to your enjoyment .Weekdays from 15.00 Special shows from decades of the 50s and 60s along with tv shows pop up from time to time so keep checking the schedule. Alister presents The Pulse every weekday from 10am, Lift Off every weekday from 3pm. On Saturday afternoons from 5pm Alister brings us Super Gold 50s.
